About The Author
He was four years old when his dad launched the business
that would shape the next fifty years of his life. He has spent those years working inside small businesses — as an owner, operator, CFO/COO, coach, and advisor — earning his MBA along the way and currently completing doctoral work at Johnson & Wales University on cognitive dissonance in second-generation family business leaders. The research and the work have always run together.
He is the creator of the Fatal Issues FrameworkTM and the founder of Wrestling Against Time, a consulting practice dedicated to helping founders and owners create small businesses that can outlast their personal involvement.
