This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit the Site, complete our business diagnostic quiz, subscribe to our email list, or make a purchase. Please read this policy carefully. By using the Site, you consent to the practices described herein.

2. Information We Collect

2.1 Information You Provide Directly

We collect information you voluntarily submit to us, including:

  • Quiz responses from the six-question business diagnostic quiz hosted on a subdomain of the Site

2.2 Information Collected Automatically

  • Meta Pixel (Facebook/Instagram): Collects behavioral and event data to measure ad performance and enable retargeting on Meta platforms. Meta may combine this data with information from your Facebook or Instagram account if you are logged in.
  • Google Ads Conversion Tracking: Tracks actions taken on the Site after clicking a Google ad to measure campaign effectiveness.
  • Google Analytics (via browser-side and server-side Google Tag Manager): Collects anonymized usage data including session data, page views, and user behavior. Server-side GTM processes some tag traffic through our own server infrastructure before forwarding to analytics vendors.
  • Hotjar: Records session replays, heatmaps, and user interaction data to help us understand how visitors use the Site. Hotjar may collect mouse movements, clicks, scrolls, and form interactions.

2.4 Quiz Data

Responses you submit through the business diagnostic quiz are collected and stored. Quiz results, including your business profile classification, may be associated with your email address if you provide one. This data is stored in our database infrastructure and used to deliver results, personalize follow-up communications, and improve the quiz experience.

5.1 Service Providers and Data Processors

We share data with vendors who process it on our behalf, subject to contractual data protection obligations:

  • Stripe, Inc.: Payment processing. Stripe processes payment card data directly and is subject to PCI-DSS compliance requirements.
  • Mailchimp (Intuit Inc.): Email marketing platform used to deliver subscribed communications.
  • Postmark (Wildbit LLC / ActiveCampaign): Transactional email delivery.
  • Perspective.io: Quiz funnel hosting platform. Quiz data, including responses and device/browser information, is processed through Perspective.io’s infrastructure before being passed to our systems.
  • Supabase: Database infrastructure used to store quiz results and associated user data.
  • WeWeb: Front-end application builder used in connection with quiz delivery and data capture.
  • Google LLC: Analytics and advertising services including Google Analytics, Google Ads, and Google Tag Manager (browser-side and server-side).
  • Meta Platforms, Inc.: Advertising measurement and retargeting via the Meta Pixel.
  • Hotjar Ltd.: Session recording and behavioral analytics.

5.2 Legal and Safety Disclosures

We may disclose your information where required to do so by law, court order, or governmental authority, or where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others.

5.3 Business Transfers

In the event of a merger, acquisition, sale of assets, or other corporate transaction involving the Company, your information may be transferred as part of that transaction. We will provide notice before your personal information is transferred and becomes subject to a different privacy policy.

6. Cookies and Tracking Technologies

The Site uses cookies and similar tracking technologies. Cookies are small data files stored on your device. We use:

  • Quiz responses are retained for the period necessary to deliver results and improve the quiz, and may be retained in anonymized or aggregated form indefinitely
  • Purchase records are retained for a minimum of seven (7) years in accordance with applicable tax and financial recordkeeping requirements
  • Analytics and behavioral data collected through third-party tools is subject to those platforms’ own retention policies

8. Data Security

We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, or destruction. These measures include encrypted data transmission (TLS/SSL), access controls, and use of established third-party processors with their own security frameworks.

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or electronic storage is 100% secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security of your information and are not responsible for unauthorized access that occurs despite our reasonable precautions.

9. Your Privacy Rights

Depending on your state of residence, you may have certain rights with respect to your personal information, including the right to:
